The IUFRO (https://www.iufro.org/) all Division 7 (Forest Health, Pathology and Entomology) 2022 conference will take place in Lisbon, Portugal, from 6 to 9 September 2022 (Tuesday to Friday), with a one-day field visit in the middle of the meeting (plus an optional post-congress tour).
The Forest Research Centre (CEF) of the School of Agriculture (ISA), University of Lisbon, will host the conference, in collaboration with Abreu Events.
The conference venue is the PT Meeting Center, Lisbon, at Parque das Nações, an attractive area with modern architecture near the Tagus river, in the eastern part of Lisbon, which was designed for hosting the Expo 98 world fair. It is located 4 km from the airport, and about 25 minutes by metro from city center.
The meeting is open to all researchers working on all aspects related to tree health, forest health, forest pathology and forest entomology. On behalf of IUFRO Division 7 and the organizers, we would like to invite you to come to Lisbon, participate in the conference, and share the results of your research. You are invited to present and discuss the latest research and technological advances that may contribute to find effective and sustainable solutions to deal with forest health challenges of a changing environment. The conference will provide an opportunity for exchanging information and ideas, as well as strengthening common research and collaboration and stimulating new interactions among the participants.
English will be the official language of the meeting.
