[Fonte: SAPO Emprego] RPK Biopharma is a global pharmaceutical company wishing to recruit an Agricultural Technician (M / F) to assist our growing team.
The Agricultural Technician is responsible for the following:
- Execution of indoor Cannabis grow operations on a daily basis including but not limited to the following tasks, as directed by the Indoor Agricultural Engineer: cloning, transplanting, trimming, topping, defoliating, nutrient mixing, waste disposal, monitoring plant health, climatic conditions and inventory management.
- Operate in compliance with RPK Biopharma procedures and adherence to regulatory requirements at all times.
- Responsible for following grow procedures and protocols with an aim of continuously improving cultivation practices.
- Reporting to the Indoor Agricultural Engineer in a timely manner any issues relating to grow operations.
- Efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant support departments.
- Report any growing related process deviations to Indoor Agricultural Engineer in a timely manner.
- Report any equipment defects (e.g. out of calibration, damage, abnormal equipment operation, etc.) to the Indoor Agricultural Engineer in a timely manner.
- Report any EHS related accidents, incidents or near misses in a timely manner to the Indoor Agricultural Engineer and EHS manager.
- To participate in any CAPA investigations related to indoor grow deviations.
- Perform any reasonable duties as requested by Indoor Agricultural Engineer.
Profile:
- Relevant secondary education in Horticulture
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of Good Agricultural and Collection Practice.
- Understanding of health and safety industry standards.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Horticulture.
- Knowledge in English would be a plus
