Cannabis growing company operating in Europe, professional growers to manage and work on a farm
The following is a list of threshold requirements for applying:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in growing and working in cannabis
• Knowledge, proven experience, understanding and understanding of all stages of flowering and reproduction. And processing (drying, trimming, aging and packaging)
• Knowledge and experience in identifying and treating pest breeding problems
• Knowledge and experience in identifying deficiencies or excess fertilizers.
• Experience working with greenhouses and advanced growing technology – an advantage
• Experience in managing work teams
• Willingness for strenuous work, great head and YES WE CAN ATTETUDE
• Lack of registration or criminal record – mandatory.
• English proficiency – compulsory, Portuguese – advantage
• Degree in agriculture – an advantage
• Experience and sales experience Farm work according to GAP standards – an advantage
