Role purpose
SAGEA Group is hiring a Project Manager to plan, coordinate and manage development studies with plant protection products and biostimulants in Portugal.
The Project Manager will have to perform the following activities:
• Discuss and define the protocol and/or study plan with the Client
• Identify the area of implementation and assess the involvement of any partners involved
• Managing customers, responding promptly to their needs and acting as an intermediary between the sponsor, the technical managers and the work team
• Coordinate and monitor the various activities by requesting data and updates on time from the people involved in the project or business
• Supervise activities and ensure to respect the deadlines
• Prepare periodic reports and deliver the final documentation to the client
We are looking for the following knowledge, experiences and capabilities:
• 5 years of experience in Field Trials Management
• Degree of Agronomist Engineer or equivalent
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong sense of urgency combined with excellent prioritization skills
• Leadership and coordination of working groups
• Problem solving skills and analytical background
