Here, in between Sintra & Cascais, we are growing delicious superfoods called microgreens and we now need some help. The demand is on the rise and we are ready to scale up!
If you are a hands-on, motivated and positive person who is eager to learn and be involved in a future foods startup– we’d be happy to have you join us!
Microgreens are a very new and innovative food sector involving, vertical and urban farming, sustainability, as well as various regenerative and permaculture aspects.
Some of the tasks include:
- assisting in growing the greens: harvesting, watering, planting
- packaging the produce
- manage and optimise your own workflow as well as the production
- B2B partnership and sales
- any additional involvement is welcome depending on your skillset, passion and intentions
You:
- have strong interest in organic produce and passionate about making a good impact on the world through future foods as well as making a positive impact on collective well-being
- interested in building a startup and gain lots of valuable experience
- have a strong sense of self-direction and initiative
- ready to start asap and can work 20+ hours a week

for Portuguese students, IFP intern program is applicable
interns who have a driver’s licence + their own car preferred
