Position: Senior production manager

We are a Manufacturer Company of an innovative organic drink based in Evora, in less than 1 year experiencing exponential growth in a category that is currently the world’s fastest growing food & beverage category with outstanding 30% annual growth. This is mainly due to a large increase of consumer segment that is currently hunting for more healthy and organic alternatives.
What we are looking for:
Experienced person, at least 5 years in winemaking production or similar, that would like to join a challenging project and willing to develop a career in an innovative producer company. With positive attitude and leadership, problem solving resourceful individual focused to achieve goals.
Role and Competences
- English/ Portuguese speaker
- Awareness of production procedures: fermentation steps (similar to winemaking), filtration, quality control measures, HACCP, lots management.
- Team leader experienced and profile to manage a team 5 or + people.
- MS Office knowledge (word, excel and outlook)
- Team Player, results and quality orientation;
- Reliable and organized, with autonomy and strong communications skills;
- Ability to work under pressure, on a changing environment.
- Driving license
